Hello my darlings! So, Saint Valentine is coming to town this Saturday to rock the annual parade celebrating love once again. This can only mean that we are soon to be surrounded by thousands of heart lights, affectionate card notes, red roses, sugar sweet chocolate boxes and love letters echoing in the air with romantic ambience to the sounds of hearts skipping a beat in love.
Plato was a clever man and knew what he was talking about when he voiced this awesome quote. So ladies, it's really important to make an effort and dress up well, especially if you are célibataire (that's 'single' in French, in case you didn't know). After all, who knows what Cupid might have in store for you this Saturday! So just let your heart sing through your fabulous fashion sense and you will start noticing amazing melodies around you, and eventually a very special one will tune in a perfect unison with yours! ;)
My take on Valentine's day outfit is very much inspired by the colours of love - red and purple mainly, and 70s vibe, which is a huge trend at the moment. I wouldn't be me, if I didn't let the cool minimalism reign the style of my look. So! I'm wearing this gorgeous two-piece from Zara, accompanied by a few statement accessories in warm shades of gold and brown. Lightly waved hair, red nail polish and elegant heels play up together to create that romantic air around you. :)
