The beginning is the most important part of the work.
— Plato

Hey lovelies! Happy Tuesday! I just watched Sylvester Stallone's biographical interview on youtube, where he talks about his journey to 'Rocky' success and shares his wisdom. I literally grew up on his films (I'm a huge fan :D), and I thought this interview was very insightful, inspirational and touching, so I'm sharing it with you all here.

One of the greatest philosophers of all times, Plato, stressed how important the beginning of everything really is, and I totally agree with him. We all know that, when you begin a new venture, especially if it's something unknown or unusual, it can get a little frightening, overwhelming or even make you feel sceptical about the whole thing early on. But as the wisest of the people say, it is easy to stay motivated and strive when everything is going well in life, but it is quite heroic to stay motivated at times of trouble and stillness, and keep moving forward to your dream. To me, it's always been about believing in yourself and keeping an absolute focus on your vision. Doesn't matter what you're working towards, whether it's passing your final exams, choosing the right career path or any other equally brilliant idea, don't let any sort of negativity (internal or external) to prevail, tune in to positive vibes only, smile and keep shining! Take one step at a time. After all, Rome wasn't built in a day :)
