Navy Monochrome

Hey lovelies! Spring is in full swing here in the city. Sunny spells, although still modest and shy, are now out, warm breeze is soft on the skin, and everyone has already started dressing in lighter clothes and vibrant colours.

Well, since the weather is getting nicer (mind the coming April showers though) and we are heading towards the hotter season, you will definitely be seeing a lot more of me here :). You know that I love to create mini street style editorial articles for you guys and share them with you here on my blog!

In the last post, I broke down all the key trends of this year’s SS season. And since monochrome and 70s are big and prominent on that list, I decided to combine both elements in today’s look. Here I'm sporting my new ever-so-favourite FCUK trousers, bursting  with a soft 70s vibe in navy monochrome. Honestly, these trousers are so versatile, you can wear them in any style you wish, be it smart-casual, sporty, or cocktail. I dressed mine up in a preppy day way, by pairing them with a matching silk top in navy–white colour block by Linea, and donning on khaki nude pumps on heels, and a roomy but mini over-the-shoulder beige bag for all those little daily essentials. I also wrapped a silk scarf around the bag's handle for a touch of elegance and colour.
