Today I have grown taller from walking with the trees.

Happy New Year! Hope you had a fabulous winter break and are kicking off the year in style.

We shot our first editorial of the year in London's very own Japanese gardens. The atmosphere here is absolutely delightful, you feel so serene surrounded by all the greenery. As you walk, you can feel your mind getting boosted with positive vibes and endless creativity drawn from nature itself. It's been scientifically proven that spending time in natural environment has fantastic effects on both, mental and physical health, so do try to go for daily strolls in the park :)

Today's outfit inspiration is a straight-forward layered monochrome work/school wear. A classic monochrome is sophisticated, minimalist and has that certain 'je ne sais quoi' that works every time, all the time. It's a must in every fashionista's style bible. It works really well in office environment, as well as university lecture halls. Layers add a modern twist to the look and an abstract print jazzes up the whole ensemble. I've accessorized this day outfit with a gorgeous Mulberry satchel, a timeless British luxury. I love the size of it, it's so roomy and fits all of my daily essentials, including a pair of comfy flats. Yes, I always carry a pair of ballerinas with me in case of an emergency, as walking in heels all day long can get tiresome. We, girls, like to carry around the whole house with us sometimes, so a great bag that is both, useful and fashion-forward, is a must!

Now curiosity is peeking through and I want to know what bag you whisk around with you every day and why? So let me know your answers in the comments below and tag your friends to participate as well. Thank you! :)
